Again?

 It comes again. That devil in me. Worse; in the middle of my noon shift. Sudden breakdown in HCU's doctor room. The reason? Still unknown.

Dan sama seperti sebelumnya; I don't know how to express this mix feelings, or whom I can talk to. 

At some point, I do feel so tired with this. But then at the same time, I don't know how to handle this. 

Help me.
